Deanna K. (Caterina) Celico, beloved wife for 35 years of James P. Celico, of Butternut Dr., N. Kingstown, passed away at her home on Monday, December 5, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Elaine Caterina and the late Nicholas A. Caterina. Deanna was the owner and operator of The Fabric Gallery in N. Kingstown. She prided herself on being knowledgeable in design and interior fabric selection. She loved helping customers create the look they wanted in their homes. She was an avid gardener and animal lover who also enjoyed traveling. In addition to her husband, she leaves two daughters, Joelle A. Lagasse of Cranston and Leanne K. Haselden of St. Petersburg, FL; two sisters, Arlene Cherwein and Melinda Harmon, both of Vineland, NJ; and a granddaughter Tiana R. Kibbe of Cranston. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 10 at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church Wickford, 44 Main St., N. Kingstown. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, Tower Hill Rd., N. Kingstown. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Best Friends Animal Society, 5001 Angel Canyon Rd., Kanab, Utah 84741, in Deanna’s memory.
