Bud Booth Obituary

William Norris "Bud" Booth, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at his home in Big Rock. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2016 at Calvary Baptist Church, Big Rock, with the Rev. Clint Lester officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery, Calvary Gardens. The Booth family will receive friends from 12 noon until the hour of service Friday at the church. Bud entered into this life on August 19, 1945 in Hopkinsville, KY, son of the late Archie Elmer Booth and Charlotte Hightower Means. He was a retired maintenance employee with Ft. Campbell Schools and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Big Rock. In addition to his parents, Bud was predeceased by a sister, Ann Booth Hardy. Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Anna Shelton Booth; brother, Lee Isaac Booth (Linda); sisters, Patricia Booth Telford (Sam), Jeanne Booth Hanson, and Linda Booth DeAngelis (Hugo); and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Adam Johnson, Chance Brown, Chris Hanson, Joshua Bivins, Matthew Wallace, Jarrod Wynn, David Darden, and Andrew Lamb. Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Clinard, Bruce Bullard, Lee Booth, Hugo DeAngelis, and Sam Telford.
