Ted R. Johnson, 62, Oak Grove, KY passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. No services are planned and the remains are to be cremated. Mr. Johnson Was Born January 29, 1954 in Fort Campbell, KY son of Ted E. and Lorriane Hembree Johnson. He was a construction worker and a Baptist. Other than his parents, he is survived by his wife, Georgina Terry Johnson; daughters, Lisa Johnson, Rebecca Johnson, Lorraine Johnson; step-children, Donna Ash, Kimberly Ash, Donald Ash, Rebecca Ash, Chelsey Parker; and sister, Tina Johnson.
