Debra Jane Penn, age 59 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Thursday, January 26, 2017, at The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. Debra was born Saturday, June 15, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Mack and Betty (Hance) Cole. Debra was a loving Wife, Mother, and Sister. She attended The River Church in Cookeville. She loved children and she was loved by everyone that knew her. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years: William (Bill) Penn of Cookeville, TN 4 Daughters and 2 Sons-in-law: Elena Penn Catalina Penn Britlee and Todd Moates Melissa and Skyler Bouslog 2 Sons: Jacob Penn Jeremy Penn 3 Sisters and 1 Brother-in-Law: Nancy Eubanks of Morristown, TN Sylvia and Jack Cochran of Jefferson City, TN Maxine Cole of Knoxville, TN 6 Grandchildren Several Nieces and Nephews In addition to her parents she was preceded by 1 Sister, Sheila Calhoun. Graveside services for Debra will be held Monday, January 30 2017 beginning at 12:00 noon at Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
