Donald Edward Jones, age 79 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Thursday, January 5, 2017, at Signature Health Care of Putnam County in Algood, Tennessee. Donald was born Sunday, August 8, 1937 in Maryville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Ike Jones and the late Maude Marie Hawkins) Jones. Donald worked several years in Television Manufacturing and was also a musician. He was married to: Ann Louise (Stupfell) Jones He is survived by: 1 Daughter: Norene Beck of Lake City, FL 2 Sons and 1 Daughter-in-law: Donald Junior Jones of Lake City, FL Ronald and Nuria Jones of Cookeville, TN 5 Grandchildren: Eddie Kesterton Gary Kesterton Carlotta Jones Camelia Jones Cecelia Jones 1 Great Grandchild: Savanah Kesterton In addition to his parents he was preceded in death 2 Brothers, Elmer and Jimmy Jones. Private services for Mr. Jones will be held at a later date in Florida.
