Jerry W. Loftis, age 54 of Baxter, Tennessee passed from this life Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville. Jerry was born Sunday, October 7, 1962 in Cookeville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Roberta (Daniels) Loftis. Jerry is survived by: 1 Daughter: Shannon (Loftis) Frey of Cookeville, TN 2 Grandsons: Garrett Layne Max Frey 1 Sister and Brother-in-law: Charlotte and Junior Stamps of Cookeville, TN 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters-in-law: Jack and Vickie Loftis of Bloomington Springs, TN Jeff and Sharon Loftis of Baxter, TN Johnny Loftis of Cookeville, TN 2 Step Sisters: Denise Harris and Diane Wheeler both of Baxter, TN 1 Aunt and Spouse: Mamie and Bill Vaughn 4 Uncles: Billy, Bobby, Harlon, and Carlon Loftis 4 Nephews In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: Maternal Grandparents, Benton and Zina Daniels, and Paternal Grandparents Cordell and Fannie Loftis, and Step paternal grandmother, Alice Lee. Funeral services for Jerry will be held Saturday, March, 18, 2017 beginning at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home in Cookeville with Bro.Sterl Paramore officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, March 17, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
