Margaret Emogene McCoy, age 89 of Thompsons Station, TN passed away January 10, 2017. Born in Williamson County, TN to the late Leslie Reed & Beula Cox Stinson. She was a retired shoemaker with Georgia Boot. Preceded in death by husband, Delmer McCoy; daughters, Shirley Waddey & Margie Bugg; son, Randy McCoy. Survived by sons, David McCoy of Thompsons Station, TN and Larry (Kay) McCoy of Arrington, TN; daughter, Brenda Cox of Thompsons Station, TN; sister, Barbara Green and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 11:00AM Friday, January 13, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Cox Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
