James Bynum Obituary

On Monday, January 16, 2017 James Andrew Bynum, passed away in La Vernia, Texas at the age of 64. James was born on March 31, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas to Eldred Lavern Bynum and Dolores June (Kerr) Bynum. On September 11, 2004 James married Antoinette "Toni" Roeder in San Antonio. James was a Master Plumber and Union Steward for the U.S. Government and was also a member of Anchor Masonic Lodge #424. He is preceded in death by his father, Eldred Bynum. He is survived by his mother, Dolores June Bynum; his loving wife of 12 years, Antoinette Rose (Roeder) Bynum; children, James Andrew Bynum, Jr. (Jamie Diane Bynum) and Dina Ann Miracle; step-son, William Webb III; grandchildren, Katherine DeAnn Kee, Michael Wayne Kee, Chase Alexander Bynum, and Colton James Bynum; brothers, Edward Leslie Bynum (Ann), and Thomas Charles Bynum (Betty); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, a great-nephew and a great-niece. A visitation will be held on January 19, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia. The Rosary will be prayed at 7:00pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Friday, January 20, 2017 10:00am St. Ann's Catholic Church La Vernia, Texas Interment will follow at St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery. Father Stanley Fiuk will be officiant of the services.
