Joshua Bittner

Joshua Cole Bittner, 26, of Fairfax passed away on March 3, 2017 in Burlington. He was born on October 6, 1990 to Richard and Renee (Charland) Bittner, Jr. Josh enjoyed many things farming, sugaring, hunting, fishing, 4 Wheeling and spending time with his son. He is survived by his son Colton Bittner, fiancé Rachel Rider, mother Renee Bittner and stepfather Timothy Bennett, two brothers Brian Heyer and Joshua Ploof, three sisters, Amanda Bittner, Cassie Charland, Jaidyn Morrill, stepsister Renee Bennett, grandparents Ronald and Mary Charland, Uncle Richard Charland his wife Felicia, Aunt Rebecca Duchaine and husband John, Aunt Robynn Williams and husband Shawn, Aunt Patricia Bittner and husband Mike, Uncle Ron and his wife Adele, several cousins, special friends and the mother of his sons Amy Peters, paternal grandparents Richard and Rita Bittner and his Aunt Judy. He was also predeceased by his son Rhemi Bittner on February 15, 2012, his father Richard Bittner on July 14, 1995 and also his grandparents Patricia and Robert Begins. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday March 9, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at A W Rich Funeral Home – Fairfax Chapel, 1176 Main Street, Fairfax, VT 05454.
