Mrs. Wanda Gail Goude Horne, age 52, of Covington, died Saturday, November 5, 2016, at her residence. She was the wife of Ricky Horne. Mrs. Horne was born July 11, 1964 in Florence, SC, the daughter of Myrtle Ann Smith and the late L.B. Goude. A resident of this community since 2005, she was a homemaker. While growing up in South Carolina, Wanda was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. Mrs. Horne loved to crochet, watch cooking and home renovation shows and enjoyed shopping for gifts for her mama. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. In addition to her mother and her husband, Mrs. Horne is survived by her son, Ricky Horne, Jr. and wife Doris of Covington and one brother, Norman Lee Goude and wife, Tracy of Pamplico, SC. A private memorial service was held at 5:00 P.M. Monday, November 7, 2016, from the chapel of Loving Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Hollenbeck officiating. The family received their friends from 4:00 P.M. until service time at Loving Funeral Home. Arrangements are being handled by Loving Funeral Home; www.lovingfuneralhome1913.com.
