Aleta Faye Ray, 41, of Rosedale, Virginia, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016. Born in Richlands, Virginia, on July 25, 1975, she was the daughter of the late George and Fayrene Ray. She worked as a teachers aid at Lebanon Primary School. In addition to her parents, her brother, Roger Ray also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband Billy Ray, Jr.; children, Billy (John) Ray III and wife Elizabeth, Aleshia Wise and husband Jordan, Nathaniel Murray, Nala Murray, and Jensen McCown; grandchildren, Hannah Ray, Destiny Ray, Aaridon Murray and Hadassah Wise; sisters, Brenda Barrett and Janet Deskins; and brothers, Jerry Ray, Randall Ray, Ronnie Ray, Ricky Ray and Rexley Ray.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at Ketron Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Lebanon, with Rev. Darrell Milgrim and Pastor James Nunley officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the mausoleum.
