Charles Sylvester Dunlap, Jr “Dudley”, 58, of Berkeley Springs, WV passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016 at his home. He was born on January 17, 1958, the son of Charles S. Dunlap, Sr. and Minnie Sue Ritenour Dunlap. He was a dispatcher for Polly’s Cab. Surviving him are his daughter, Christina N. Colvin of Winchester, VA; his fiancé,` Brenda Lee Jenkins of Berkeley Springs; brothers, Chester Scott Dunlap and Michael Joseph Dunlap both of Winchester; sisters, Sherry Susan Andrick of Stephenson, VA and Susie Lynn Lepley of Gore, VA and six grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday evening, November 11, 2016 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private.
