Mark David Hannah, after a courageous four year fight with cancer, said
goodbye on November 22, 2016. Mark was born February 18, 1976 in Honolulu, HI.
At the age of eight, he was diagnosed with leukemia. After two years, he
successfully went into remission. He graduated from Wenatchee High School in
1994. Two years later he earned a Diesel Mechanics Degree from Skagit Valley
Community College. He loved the outdoors and his time in the Entiat Valley,
when he worked for the Forest Service. After nine years with the United States
Postal Service, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Because of his medical
condition, he was forced to leave a place he loved and many friends in the
Methow Valley.
He is survived by his ten year old daughter, Faith Hannah; parents, Robert and
Barbara Hannah; brother, Craig (Betsy) Hannah; nephew, Grey Hannah; niece,
Piper Hannah; many aunts, uncles, cousins; and life-time friends: Kevin and
Valerie Carney.
