Martha Ann Moats,72, of Martinsburg, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017 while under the care of Hospice. Born August 13, 1944 in Winchester, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James Seabright and Wilda Jenkins Kelchner. She is survived by her father, Edward Kelchner; one son, Adrian W. Moats, Jr. and wife, Kaitlyn, of Martinsburg; two daughters, Donna S. Hutzler and Deborah A. Moats, both of Martinsburg; four grandchildren, Chad, Hannah, Madison, and Corin Moats; and one sister, Cathy Price.
