Stephanie Marie Hockenberry, 36 of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 2, 2016 at the Berkeley Medical Center. Born December 7, 1979 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of Kimberly Kay Kackley and John Craig Hockenberry and wife, Kathy. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Luis Angel Ortiz; two daughters, Kaydence Marie Hughes and Mariana Rose Segovia; brother, John David Hockenberry; two sisters, Ashley Rose Hockenberry and Ruthanne Reynolds Chu and husband, James; two grandmothers, Mary Lou Kackley and Anna Mae Hardy; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins; and a special friend, Kevin Carey, who was a wonderful dad to the children. She was preceded in death by her sister, Tabitha Lynn Moricle; grandfather, Cletus C. Kackley; and grandmother, Rosalie Pritchard. Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Brown Funeral Home.
