Wanda Theresa Raczkowski "Dr. Wanda", 65, of Shepherdstown passed away on December 6, 2016 at Meritus Medical Center. Born September 6, 1951 in Washington, DC she was the daughter of the late Czelaw Raczkowski and Barbara Buczek Raczkowski. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Shepherdstown. She had been a family medicine physician. She is survived by her husband, James Henry Jenkinson; three children, Kristina Jenkinson Norcross, Luke Jenkinson, and Nicole Jenkinson; one brother, Viktor Raczkowski; and one sister, Eva Bennett Raczkowski. She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Raczkowski. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Trinity Episcopal Church of Shepherdstown with The Rev. Dr. G.T. Schramm officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Arrangements by Brown Funeral Home.
