Ray Oscar Kelly, Jr., 67 of Oak Hill, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Fayette Nursing and Rehab in Fayetteville. Services will be conducted at 12pm on Monday, January 9, 2017 at the High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Pastor Charles Miller officiating.
