James “Jim” Dillard Belford, 71, of New Martinsville, WV passed away Friday, September 23, 2016 as the result of an accident. Jim was born October 1, 1944 in Little Rock, AR, son of the late John Herbert and Virginia Lee (Dillard) Belford, Jr. He was a telephone agent for the American Red Cross through Tele-a-tech and a member of New Martinsville Church of God. Surviving are his wife of thirty-seven years, Kathy Belford; four daughters, Alicia (Gerald) Barrault of England, Kim (George) Eidel of West Union, WV, Christine Belford of Albuquerque, NM and Kelly (Troy) Smith of Middlebourne, WV; brother, Jack (Judy) Belford of Little Rock, AR; sister, Jayne (Edward) Bozovsky of Little Rock, AR; ten grandchildren; one great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held 6-8 p.m., Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the New Martinsville Church of God.
