Silvana Sital

Silvana Lea Sital, 44, of Inwood, WV, died on Friday, October 1, 2010 at City Hospital in Martinsburg, WV. She was born on November 9, 1964 in Parimaribo, Suriname, the daughter of Balkus Tunford and Anna Sital. She married Winston L. Spence on June 15, 1984 in Bronx, NY. Silvana was a flight attendant with United Airlines and she was a member of the Abyssinan Baptist Church in Harlem, NY. Along with her husband, Winston, of Inwood and her mother, Anna, of Bronx, NY she is survived by two sons, Jayson B.Spence and Jonathan B. Spence both of Inwood, WV and two brothers; Benito D. Sital of Winchester and Roy E. Sital of Bronx, NY. A sister, Unique E. Cronie preceded her in death. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Shelton Ray Conway officiating. Burial will be at a later date in New York City, NY. A visitation will be held on Wednesday one hour prior to her service from 2-3:00 p. m. at the funeral home.
