Age 67, of Flint, died Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at Kindred Hospital in Lincoln Park. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm, Friday, April 21 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, Pastor Conrad Bontrager officiating with burial following in Flint Memorial Park. Family will be present to receive friends Thursday, April 20, 2006 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm and 4:00pm until 8:00 pm, and Friday from 10:00 am until time of service at 2:00pm. Memorial donations may be directed to The Gift of Life. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Yvonne was born June 18, 1938 in Ionia, Michigan, the daughter of Lelah F. Green. She and Cletus W. Donahue were united in marriage November 20, 1954 in Flint, Michigan. She was proud to be a homemaker and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Richard and wife Kimberly Donahue of Davison, Michael and wife Jacqueline Donahue of Flint, Sheila and husband James Matzke of Vassar; 3 sisters Suzanne Davis, Mary and husband Bernard Timlick, and Kay Burt; brother, Lyle Saylor; grandchildren, Erica Myron, Kevin Myron, Megan Donahue, Andrew Donahue, Matthew Donahue, Scott Donahue, Linsey Donahue, Paul Granger II, Jennifer Matzke, and James Matzke III; great grandchildren Haley, Emily, and Trenton; numerous nieces and nephews. Yvonne was preceded in death by her husband, Cletus Donahue September 15, 1998; mother, Lelah F. Green; step-father Edward Saylor; and brother-in-law Frank Davis.
