Rhonda Kay Charles

Bee, VA – Rhonda Kay O’Quinn Charles, age 44 of Medley Drive passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Born in Richlands, Virginia she was the daughter of Teddy and Kay O’Quinn. She was a 1989 graduate of Haysi High School and was employed as an Aide at Sandlick Elementary School. Rhonda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Olly and Margaret O’Quinn and Robert and Laura O’Quinn.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Robert Charles; her daughters, Makayla Quinn Charles and Katelin Brook Charles both of the home; a brother, Shawn (Brittney) O’Quinn of Bee, VA; her mother-in-law, Elsie Charles of Davenport, VA and several aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2015 in the O’Quinn Family Cemetery, Bee, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening at Haysi Funeral Home where a song service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com
