Charles H. St. Clair

Charles H. St. Clair, Jr. 63, of 1507 E. Washington St. passed away the morning of December 6, 2010 at Jameson Hospital.

Born in Portersville, Pa. on December 10, 1946, Charles was the son of the late Charles H.,Sr. and Doris Jean Jones St. Clair. He married the former Patricia Bulisco on February 14, 1970. She survives and resides at home.

Charles was a U. S. Army veteran and served during the Vietnam Era.

Charles retired in 2009 from the Youth Development Center where he worked as a security guard. He was a member of the Eintracht Singing Society. Charles enjoyed gardening, woodworking and fishing.

In addition to his wife, Charles is survived by three children, Charles Kris St. Clair of New Castle; Jennifer Elias of New Castle; Ethan R. St. Clair and his wife Amanda of New Wilmington; two brothers, David St. Clair and Bruce St. Clair, both of Ellwood City; a sister, Emma Bauder of Davenport, FL and four grandchildren, John J. Elias, Jr., Payge A. Elias, Halle Noel St. Clair and Lydia Moon St. Clair.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Martha (Tootsie) Bathurst and a brother, Thomas St. Clair.

Family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6PM to 7PM at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S. Mill St.

A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 7PM. Rev. Dennis Bupp will officiate.
