Obituary for Wilma Wilkinson

WILMA MARIE WILKINSON, 91, of Lebanon died at her home on Tuesday may 3, 2005. Wilma was born June 1, 1913 in Boyd, Minnesota the daughter of Hans and Julia Mork. She lived in Minnesota throughout her childhood where she attended and completed her schooling. She moved to Oregon in 1936 and to the Lebanon area in the early 1940s. Wilma was a charter member of Our Saviours Lutheran Church in Lebanon. She was a past 4-H leader for many years in the Lebanon area. She was a member of the North West Steelheaders Club. She enjoyed fishing and had traveled extensively. Wilma was married to John R. Wilkinson in Washington on December 2, 1937. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 1969. She was also preceded in death by three sons, Wilber D., Robert P. and Roger D. Wilkinson. She is survived by two sons, Bruce Wilkinson of Lebanon and John Wilkinson of Vancouver, WA, one sister, Frances Warner of Lebanon and five grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held on Monday May 9 11:00 A.M. at Our Saviours Lutheran Church. Private interment was in the Lebanon I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
