Obituary for Charles Raymond Bowman

Charles Raymond Bowman, 75, of Farmersburg, passed away October 14, 2010 at Breckenridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sullivan, IN. He was born June 9, 1935 in Terre Haute to Elmer Bowman and Delia Duby Bowman. He was a retired cement finisher and an avid fisherman and hunter. He is survived by a daughter, Robin and two sons; Buddy Michael Bowman and Charles Bowman Jr. One step son; Kurt Heintz. He is also survived by one sister; Carolyn McBroom. A niece and special friend, Lavada Edwards, his former wife Lois Hubbs and several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Thomas Bowman, Donald Bowman , Jerry Bowman, Michael Bowman and Ronnie Bowman. He was preceded by sisters; June Nelson, Pauline Bowman, Mildred Watson and Patricia Edwards. Graveside services will be at Calvary Cemetery on Tuesday October 19th at 2:00 p.m. If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Wabash Valley. Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street has been entrusted with arrangements.
