Zita Doublin Obituary

Zita Doublin, 73, of Kenosha, died Tuesday (December 7th, 2004) at Hospitality Manor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Chicago on Aug. 25, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Angleine (Kliskewicz) Bulzak. She was educated in Chicago. For 25 years she worked as a ticket agent and line instructor for Chicago Transit Authority. She retired in 1982. She attended St. Mary Catholic Church and volunteered for churches in Chicago, working in the rectory at St. Mary of the Angels. She enjoyed sewing and cooking, and especially ceramics. Survivors include a son, Kevin (Jadwiga) Doublin of Pleasant Prairie; a daughter, Kathleen (Walter) Rich of Chicago; a brother, Eugene Bulzak of Phillips, WI; two sisters, Virginia Michaels-Dedrick of Spearfish, SD, and Corrine Alf of Schaumburg, IL; three grandchildren, Melissa and Christine Doublin and Sarah Rich; and one great-grandson, Jozef Doublin. Proko Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. DOUBLIN: A Funeral Service for Zita Doublin will be held on Saturday, December 11th, at Proko Funeral Home and Crematory, 5111-60th St., at 7:30 PM. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 3:30 PM until the time of the services at Proko Funeral Home. www.prokofuneralhome.com
