Stephen Swantz Jr

Steve Swantz Jr., 75, of East Wenatchee, died Monday, June 30, 2008. He had lived in East Wenatchee for 13 years. He was a longtime accountant in the Seattle area, retiring in the late 1990s. Survivors include his longtime companion, Maxine Swantz; ; his children, Steve Swantz of Minneapolis, Minn., James Swantz and Constance Baldwin, both of Seattle, Victoria Rubalcaba of Renton, Susan Bates of Angoon, Alaska and Laurel Taylor of Monitor; his brother, Alex Swantz of Washington, D.C.; and his sister, Virginia Heacock of Walla Walla. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Telford's Chapel of the Valley in East Wenatchee. Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley.
