Obituary for Bonnie Lorraine Potter

Mrs. Bonnie Lorraine Potter, passed on to her new home with Jesus on December 20, 2007 in Mesquite, Texas. She was born on December 10, 1927 in Hubbard, Texas. A seamstress by trade, she worked and lived most of her life in Corsicana. She knew and loved the Lord and preached his word from 1991 until 2002. We are sure she was greeted with open arms at the gates of Heaven. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2007 at the Shiloh Cemetery in Kemp, Texas. Mrs. Potter was preceded in death by her husband; Edgar G. Potter, two sons; Lonnie Dean & Edgar Joe Potter, two brothers; Ewell Cook and Terre Cook, and a sister; Verdi Hamilton. She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her six children; Wanda Parsons of Bailey, TX., Ruby Delorge of Boyd, TX., Ray Potter of Corsicana, TX., William Potter of Denison, TX., Helen Wesson of The Colony, TX., and Vivian Bailey of Kempner, TX., Twenty-two Grandchildren, Twenty Great Grandchildren, and Three Great Great Grandchildren, two sisters; Vivian Rials and Melba McRoy both of Mesquite, TX., one brother; Bill Cook of Richland, TX., and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
