Mark Lee Schultz, 39, passed away June 7 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Mark was born in Houston, Texas, December 9, 1969. He resided in Rockwall, Texas, as a general contractor.
He is survived by his four children, Trey, Tiffany, Trevor and Dustin, his parents Rinert and Kathryn Schultz, fiancé Esther Avery, sister Marilyn Barclay and her husband Dean Barclay, sister Margaret Garvin and her fiancé Scott Wallace, brother Michael Sanders and wife Jennifer Sanders, nieces Suzanne Hallberg Stephens and Meghan Garvin, nephew Kyle Holloway and many other beloved family members.
Mark was a devoted father, fiancé, loving son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He possessed an innate ability to warm your heart and make you smile. His charming presence and sense of humor brought laughter and joy to the lives of so many. He enjoyed motor cross racing, camping and quality time with his family. He was a master craftsman and made his mark on any endeavor he undertook; his bond was his word coupled with a firm handshake.
Visitation will be at Corley Funeral Home on Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be at Calvary Worship Center on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. Gary W. Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Hamilton-Beeman Cemetery. Pallbearers are Dean Barclay II, Dustin Douglas, Kyle Holloway, Austin Jaminet, Jerry Jaminet, Kenny Stallings, Wesley Srianekkul, and Johnny Avery.
