Deborah Brady, (D'Onofrio) 44 of Linwood passed away Thursday at the University of PA. She was the loving wife of Charles and sweetest mother of Natalie. Devoted Daughter of Emma D'Onofrio and Thomas D'Onofrio, loving brother, Brian who was so devoted to her and his wife, Patricia D'Onofrio, Aunt to Colton, Julianna, and Richard D'Onofrio. She also leaves many cousins, aunts, and uncles. Deborah also loved her two cats; Samantha and Piglet. She devoted her life to teaching at St. Anthony of Padua in Camden, NJ. They all called her Miss. D. She taught for over a decade and many children became very successful because of her. Debbie received the Teacher of the Year Award in 1998 from St. Anthony of Padua. She married the love of her life, Chuck. God blessed her with a lovely little girl called Natalie. Natalie brought joy and strength to Debbie after being diagnosed with Cancer. Debbie fought her disease with dignity, strength, and courage. Debbie found comfort in her father, Tom, who always reassured her everyone would be taken care of. Debbie was smart, and was always there for anyone who needed her. She will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. We miss you Deb, but now you are one of God's special angels. She loved shopping, QVC, smoothies, arts and crafts. Debbie was born in Somers Point, and was a life long resident of Linwood. She graduated from Holy Spirit, Debbie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Delaware. Debbie also received her Masters Degree of Science and Teaching from Glassboro State College. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 from 9:30am until 11am at Our Lady of Sorrows RC Church Wabash & Poplar Avenues, Linwood. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am at the church. Cemetery Services will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Debbie's memory to Holy Redeemer 6727 Delilah Road, EHT, NJ 08234 or Gilda's Club 700 New Road, Linwood, NJ 08221 or to the Mulitple Myeloma Research Foundation 383 Main Ave. 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851.
