Dracut, MA- Marcel "Nap" E. Napert, 83, died peacefully Saturday October 1, 2011 at the D’Youville Manor in Lowell. He was the husband of Faye N. (Holt) Napert with whom he shared 61years of marriage. Born in Berlin, NH on August 10, 1928, Marcel was the son of Emile and Amanda (Parent) Napert. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was a member of the VFW & American Legion. For 25 years, Marcel worked as a meatcutter for Purity Supreme in Pelham, New Hampshire and after retirment, he worked at the SureFine Market in Tyngsboro, MA. Marcel enjoyed reading, square dancing, traveling, sociallizing with friends and spending time with his family. Along with his wife, Marcel is survived and will be deeply missed by his children, Michelle and her husband, Dennis Viger of Pelham, New Hampshire and Rachel and her husband, David Rockafellow of Bozeman, Montana His sister and brother-in-law Agatha & Sossos Delis of Rockport, Massachusets Four grandsons and their families, Douglas & Donna Viger of Pelham, NH; Matthew & Andrea Viger of Goffstown, NH; Jeffrey Viger & Meghan Turgiss of Pelham, NH, and Andrew & Erin Viger of Stafford Springs, CT. Eight great grand children: Tyler, Connor, Mikayla, Colin, Rylee, Jackson, Addison & Mason Viger Several nieces and nephews. ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday morning, October 5th from 10-11 a.m. with Burial to follow at Gibson Cemetery in Pelham. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Marcel’s name to D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell, MA or VNA of Greater Lowell Hospice Program.
