PATRICIA A. SPRUILL (Qunell) Born March 19, 1951 in Tacoma, WA Went home on October 1, 2011 in Tacoma, WA She lost her battle with lung cancer. Pat was born to a large loving family. She lived most of her life in Tacoma, WA. She is proceeded in death by her parents, James J. (Jim) & Alta Faye (Pete) Qunell; her Sisters Lana Ostrander and Judy Skinner. Pat is survived by her daughter Catherine R. Spruill and son Quincy A. Spruill (JR); brothers James (Claudia) Qunell, Mike (Carol) Qunell and Terry (Jeannie) Qunell; sisters Carolyn (Brian) Doran, Lynn Scott, and Anna (Al) Carlson. Pat has 1 grandson, Tyson Spruill, 12 nephews, 8 nieces, numerous great nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and associates. Pat will be dearly missed by everyone who had the chance to be around her. She was truly an honest, caring and genuine person. You always knew where you stood with her. Pat loved the ocean and had many memories with the family at the beach. She would have been perfectly happy living in a camp trailer and walking the beach daily. She enjoyed music of all kinds and watching movies (especially Sci-Fi) with her family & friends. Pat was the "go to" person if you had any problems with your computer. She could sit for hours in front of the small screen, working out a problem and solving it.
