Jeffrey Adam Fontinel, 30, of Kutztown, died Saturday, May 5, 2012, in Windsor Twp., as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born in Mesa, Arizona, he was the son of Linda K. Williams, Hamburg; and Richard D. Fontinel, Mesa, Arizona. Jeff was a 2001 graduate of Hamburg Area High School and Vo-Tech West. In 2002, he graduated from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Jeff enjoyed working on motorcycles and small engine repair. He also enjoyed off-road riding on motorcycles and four-wheelers. Jeff was a kind and generous free-spirit who was always willing to lend a hand.
In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by is his son: Chase Thomas Fontinel, of Seattle, Washington, who he loved more than anything. He is also survived his brother: Kevin C. Fontinel, Auburn; his sister: Cindy R. Fontinel, Hamburg; paternal grandparents: Bobby and Alice Fontinel, Payson, Arizona, Uncle Danny and Aunt Teresa Williams, Hamburg; dear friend and mother of Chase: Erin Tasche, Seattle, Washington; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his many friends. Jeff was predeceased by his maternal grandparents: Theodore and Fay Williams.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg (off street parking in rear). A visitation with the family will be on Saturday 9:30 to 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg, PA 19526, in order for the family to establish a trust for Jeffrey's son Chase.
