Ramon Perez "Papi"
Ramon Perez "Papi" age 60, was welcomed into eternal rest by his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009, at St. Vincent's Medical Center.
A Bridgeport resident for over 50 years, Ramon was known for being well dressed, a great dancer, a leader in the art of partying, a trend setter and a very cool people person. During his last few years, Ramon was the "ladies man" at Park City Assisted Living, Astoria Park 2nd floor, and the Dyalysis Center on Madison Avenue.
Born in Gurabo, Puerto Rico, son of the late Tomas and Altagracia Perez. Ramon is survived by siblings; Benjamin, Esteban (Alida )Perez, Maria (Hank) Jackson, Carmen I. Dickson, Thomas Jr. (Margarita) Perez, all of Bridgeport, Tommy (Nancy) of Hartford and a host of nieces and nephews. Ramon is also survived by his children; Ramon R. Perez (Brenda) and Tisha (Carl) Coleman. His grandchildren; Trisha, Matthew, Bionca, Yalitza and Ramon III as well as a great grandson, Ian all of Pennsylvania. Ramon was pre-deceased by a brother, Esfrain Perez. Ramon leaves to cherish his memory a multitude of wonderful friends and extended family members. Although we will miss Ramon, all who knew him know that he lived a rich and full life, we now join in celebrating Ramon's deliverance from pain and suffering!
