Cheryl was born Tuesday, September 26, 1989 in Thompson, Manitoba.
Cheryl was a happy person. She enjoyed being around family and friends. Her favorite show was “The Kardashians”. Cheryl always had a smile when greeting people. She enjoyed the outdoors and loved being around her family and friends, especially her baby boy Dravyn and talking to her common-law Clayton on the phone.
Cheryl enjoyed going on Facebook. She was the type who would give a helping hand to those needing help. She enjoyed telling stories and laughing a lot. Cheryl never let anybody down or put down anyone. She was always on the go, happy to live life. Cheryl lived life to the fullest and will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Cheryl passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 22 years.
Cheryl is survived by her common-law Clayton McKay; special son Dravyn Ballantyne; mother Carmen Castel (Ken); father Moise Francois (Judy); special sisters Shana Ballantyne, Demsey Castel; special brothers Quade Ballantyne, Dawson Castel; grandparents Maryann Ballantyne, Bernadette Ross, Joe Ross; great grandmothers Genevieve Caribou, Maggie Bighetty.
