<p>Lancaster-Viola P. (Di Tinno) Richard, 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Life Care Center of Leominster. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Dismas Richard, who died in 1991. She is survived by her sister, Loretta Prizio of Northborough; nieces and nephews, Lisa Christy of Leominster; Ricci Prizio of Hubbardston; Alex, Dennis and David DiTinno, all of FL; Donna Muzante of NY; cousins, Evelyn and Tom Valerio of Clinton; Carol Wassel of Sterling; great-nieces &amp; nephews and her dear friend Jeanine Guertin of Lancaster. She is pre-deceased by her brother, Felix Di Tinno, sisters, Lena &amp; Anne Di Tinno.</p><p>Viola was born in Clinton to the late Pasquale and Frances (Valerio) Di Tinno. She attended local schools and was a graduate of the Clinton High School. Viola was employed with the former Colonial Press for nearly thirty years before retiring. She was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish in Clinton and later attended Immaculate Conception Church in Lancaster. Viola enjoyed working in her yard, was passionate for animals, and took pleasure in playing tennis, swimming and skiing. At her request, funeral services will be held privately with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Lancaster. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton.
