King, Doris May (Wahlowick), 85, of Bristol, died Saturday, June 09, 2012 at Bristol Hospital. She was born September 3, 1926 in Stamford, CT and was a daughter of the late Stephen and Bertha (Buckley) Wahlowick. She was a member of First Congregational; Church, Bristol and the Bristol Senior Citizens Center. She leaves a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Susan King of Bristol, a grandson and his wife, Stephen King and Julie Farricy King of Sturbridge, MA and a great granddaughter, Holland Marie King. She also leaves a special friend, Carl Anderson. She was predeceased by a brother John Wahlowick. Her funeral will be held Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 10AM at DuPont Funeral Home, 25 Bellevue Ave., Bristol. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Darien at 2PM Thursday. Calling hours will be held Wednesday evening from 6-8PM at the funeral home.Obituary
