Athanasios "Saki" Gallos, 41, of Melbourne, FL, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012. He was born on February 17, 1971 in Wesel, Germany to Eleftherios and Irmgard Gallos. He has been a resident of Melbourne for six years having moved here from New Hampshire. Saki loved the beach and golfing and was a sports fanatic. Especially soccer! Saki was preceded in death by his loving "Opa" (grandfather) Heinz. Survivors include his children, Zoe, Sophia, Isabella and Dameon; his parents, Eleftherios and Irmgard Gallos; a sister, Christina (Philip) Gallo; and his loving dog, Foxy Diva. Visitation will be held at Beach Funeral Homes, Melbourne/Suntree on Friday, August 24, 2012, from 3 - 5 pm, with a service to begin at 5 pm. In addition to flowers, donations may be made in Saki's memory to the ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) at www.aspca.org.
