Richard “Rick” “Ricky” J Mucci
Rick J Mucci, 18, of 2 East Main Street, passed away suddenly Sunday at Jones Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Buffalo on January 3, 1993 a son of Richard S and Jane Tylenda Mucci. Rick was a Junior at Genesee Valley Central School Class of 2012. Rick participated in many activities at School including the Track team. He was loved by all who knew him including his schoolmates, and faculty at the school. Rick enjoyed many activities such as spending time with his mother and brother, and willing to try new things, spending a week last summer with his brother boating for the first time, attending the Genesee Valley Rotary Camp, and participating in Canine Connections for the CCE of Allegany County.
He was predeceased by his father Richard S Mucci in 2001, and his grandmother Laura Mucci in 2010.
Survivors include his loving mother Jane Tylenda Mucci of Angelica, his beloved brother Mark (Janamarie) Tylenda of Malone nieces and nephews Ashley, Joshua, Abigail Tylenda, Aunts and Uncles Robert (Marie “Bunny”) Husted of Depew, Anne Tylenda of Buffalo, Victoria (Chor) Tylenda-Wong of Michigan, and Sebina Leonard of West Seneca Cousins David Husted, Joseph (Mary Ellen) Husted, and Peter Miecyjak, and special friend and “2nd mother Norine Ryan of Angelica.
The family will be present to receive friends on Thursday at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home of Angelica from 2-4& 7-9pm. A funeral service will be on Friday at 11:00am at the Angelica United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Until the Day Dawn Cemtery.
