Peter J. Palmiere, 84, of Mt. Vernon, NY died on Aug. 30, 2012. Beloved husband of Marilyn Christiano Palmiere, devoted father of Peter Palmiere and his wife Cathy and Paul Palmiere. Cherished grandfather of Lauren, Marisa and Alex Palmiere and dear brother of Mary Terilli and the late Michael Palmiere. Peter served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a retired tailor working in various department stores in Manhattan and Westchester. Visiting at the Westchester Funeral Home,Inc.,Eastchester, Monday Sept. 3 from 4-8PM. Funeral Mass, Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe, Tues.
