Diane Arburr

Arburr, Diane (Sielski), 59, of Bristol, widow of Michael Arburr died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Bristol Hospital. She was born February 4, 1953 in New Britain. She was the daughter of Florence (Maikowski) Sielski of New Britain and the late Walter Sielski. Diane worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at the Bristol Radiology Center for 39 years. She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed arts and crafts, and had a talent for creating beautiful gift baskets. Besides her mother, she leaves a son, Matthew Arburr and a daughter, Sarah Arburr both of Bristol, a sister, Lori Marino of Bristol and several nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank the physicians and staff of the Bristol Hospital Cancer Care Center for the wonderful care that she received as a patient there for many years. A memorial mass will be held Friday, October 12, 2012 at 10AM in St. Gregory Church, corner of Maltby St. and Stafford Ave., Bristol. DuPont Funeral Home, 25 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Bristol Hospital Breast Health Program, c/o Bristol Hospital Development Foundation, Inc., P.O. Box 977, Bristol, CT 06011.
