Barbara O'Hara

Barbara Jean O' Hara was born February 16, 1929 in Franklin County, Indiana. She graduated from Greenfield High School in Greenfield, IN in 1947 and from Ball State University in 1951. She was employed at the Adjadent General School Ft. Benjamin Harrison where she met Master Sargent Richard Thompson whom she married on December 23, 1953. She instantly became the mother of Richard L. Thompson, Jr. (three years) and Beverly Jean Thompson (18 months). She was employed by the Social Security Administration from 1956-1978. She was predeceased by Lance Corporal Richard L. Thompson in March, 1969 and mother Ida O'Hara on April, 1969, father Warren "Pat" O'Hara on August, 1974, husband Richard L. Thompson, Sr. in February 1995 and daughter Beverly Morse on October 2010. She is survived by grandson, Jason Morse of San Diego, CA; loving cousins in Indiana and friends in Tucson. She was a member of the Morford Bible Class at the Catalina United Methodist Church. Burial of urn will be in Union Mills, IN. Arrangements entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Dodge Chapel.
