A Memorial Mass of the Resurreciton for William Patrick "Pat" Ford, 53 years, will be celebrated on Wednesday, 29 June, 2001 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Michael McFadden, Pastor Emeritus, officiating. Pat passed away peacefully with family by his side on Monday, 20 June 2011. Pat was a lifelong resident of Vacaville, born on 21 July, 1957 to William Henry Ford and the late Marilyn Maxine Toler Ford. He graduated from Vacaville High School, Class of 1975, and attended Solano Community College for two years. Pat worked in his father's construction company for several years then went on the work for Anheuser Busch Brewery, Fairfield for 25+ years. Pat loved sports, music, dancing, cooking and having an all around good time. He was an All-Star athlete in football, baseball and basketball and achieved numerous accolades. An avid golfer, Pat enjoyed spending his free time on the golf course. Known for his witty sense of humor and magnetic personality, Pat loved to make his family and friends laugh. Survivors include his son, Joseph Patrick Ford of Sacramento, father and step-mother, William Henry and Marilyn Ford of Vacaville, five sisters, Stephanie Adams (Gary), Charrise Boykin of Vacaville, Jennifer Heise (Bob) of Angels Camp, Shayne Dakin (Rick) of Vacaville and Mary Ford of Seattle, Washington; two nieces and seven nephews, nine great-nieces and five great-nephews. He is also survived by former wives, Sherri Wixted Ford and Gerrie Will-Grayson. Pat will be greatly missed by all family members and friends but will remain in our hearts and prayers every day. The family invites friends for visitation and Rosary on Tuesday evening, 28 June, 2011, from 5:00 - 8:00 o'clock PM with the Rosary at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Nadeau Family Funeral Home.
