Randy Wayne Mills, 44, of Muncie, IN went to be with the Lord on Friday February 20, 2009. He was born on February 27, 1964 the son of James and Jane (Bailey) Mills. He graduated from Delta High School in 1982. On June 23, 1992 he married Sylvia (Spay) Mills. He was the owner and operator of Mills Installation Company. Randy loved his family and enjoyed spending his time with them. He was a member of the New Vision Worship Center. He was a trustee at the church and actively involved. He was the boy’s volleyball coach at Wapehani High School and the IVA in Indianapolis. He enjoyed playing volleyball and was an excellent player. He also enjoyed traveling. Surviving relatives include his loving wife, Sylvia Mills; five children, Greg, Brad, Chancelor, Shanda, and Cynthia all of Muncie, IN; loving parents, James and Jane Mills of Farmland, IN; two brothers, James Mills of Muncie, IN; Tom Mills (wife: Karen) of Union City, IN; several nieces and nephews and lots of friends. Funeral services will be1:00 p.m. on Tuesday February 24, 2009 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Pastor Gerald Holmes will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to his son Chancelor’s College Fund in memory of Randy.
