Geneva Stamper, 89, of Pendleton, IN died Wednesday June 24, 2009 at Saint John’s Hospital in Anderson, IN. She was born on October 15, 1919 in Rowan County, KY the daughter of James and Lillie (Porter) Johnson. Geneva loved her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. She was a member of the McCormick View Chapel in Muncie, IN. She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was an avid mall walker and enjoyed gardening and painting. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday June 29, 2009 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Pastor Joe Roysden will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie, IN. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
