To view online memorial DVD, click here: Deborah Smith 1956-2010 Miss Deborah Kay Smith, 54, of Union City died 4:00 a.m. Monday, May 17, 2010, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was a family child care provider and a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Union City. Miss Smith was born April 2, 1956, in Union City, daughter of Jewell Christine (Watts) Smith of Union City and the late Ruben Elmer Smith. She is also survived by two sisters, Cathy Powell and husband Eddie of Troy, Teresa Ring and husband Charles of Ripley; two nieces, Kylie Lyon of Troy and Charla Ring of Ripley; two nephews, David Aton of Ripley and Chris Aton of Athens; three great nephews, Damian Aton of Troy, Kyle Aton of Ripley and Phillip Aton of Athens; and two great nieces, Audrie Lyon of Troy and Jorah Aton of Ripley. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Grmisley, Rev. David Aton and Rev. Chris Aton will officiate. Interment will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens with Jeff Watts, Luke Watts, Thomas Watts, Jacob Watts, Keith Nance and Chris Lyon.
