Mary Alice Bell, 80, of Shepherdstown, died Sunday, July 15, 2007,at City Hospital. Born August 30, 1926 in Jefferson County, she was the daughter of the late John Fraley and Nancy Butler Fraley. She was formerly employed at Perfection Garment. She is survived by a sister, Willa Whitmer, Brighton, TN; a sister-in-law, Virginia Fraley, Shepherdstown; one aunt; nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Douglas Fraley and a sister, Catherine Orr. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 21, 2007,at the Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Alexis Coleman officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant View Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
