Frank Sclafani

Frank Sclafani, 76, of Friendship Gardens, Howell Township passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Frank was born in Manhattan, was raised and had lived in Brooklyn, Florida, and Staten Island before moving to Howell in 2004. He was a US Army Veteran serving in Korea. Frank was a co-owner of G & B Sheet Metal, Brooklyn. Frank was predeceased by his sister, Marie DiBiasi. He is survived by two sons, Frank Sclafani and his wife, Diana and their children, Frankie and Thomas of DeLand, Fl and Jamie Sclafani and his family of Florida; a daughter, Gina Dugo and her husband, Larry and their children, Lawrence and Juliana(the apples of his eye) of Farmingdale; a brother, John Casalinuovo of NYC; four sisters, Elizabeth Casalinuovo of Brooklyn, Roseann McLaughlin of Staten Island, Frances Ripillino of Staten Island and Domenica Casalinuovo-Dodge of Colorado; and many nieces and nephews. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, March 1, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 8:00 AM for the procession to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 31 Asbury Road, Farmingdale for his 9:00 AM Funeral Mass.
