Funeral services for Cody England, 23, of Dallas and formerly of Edgewood, are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood, Texas. Burial will follow at Small Cemetery, just outside of Edgewood. Cody passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013, in Dallas. Cody Ryan England was born in Dallas, TX, on April 11, 1989, to Laura Alice Parr. He grew up in Edgewood where he attended school. Cody has made Dallas his home for the past nine years. He met Trisha Birchfield three years ago and was expecting his first child. Cody's love of music led him to become the lead vocalist for the band, Neuropathy. Besides his singing career, Cody was a very talented young man and was an aspiring tattoo artist. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Cody is survived by his grandparents, Lawrence and Becky Parr of Edgewood; mother, Laura Heddin and husband, Fred Bancook of Edgewood; sister, Haley Heddin of Edgewood; girlfriend, Trisha Birchfield of Dallas; aunt and uncle, Bethany and Gary Barnes of Edgewood; uncle and aunt, Jeff Parr and Kathy Wright of Wills Point; cousins, Nicholas Prock, Nicole Combs and Davin Parr; and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday evening, at the funeral home in Edgewood, TX.
