Scott P. Smialek, age 46, of Ocean Twp., NJ, with family living in Ocean County, died Thursday July 22, 2010. Born in Jersey City, NJ he lived in Middletown, NJ before moving to Ocean Twp. 17 years ago. Scott was a Heating and Cooling Technician for Joe Hurley Inc., Ocean Twp. Predeceased by his sister Maureen Smialek in May 1970. Surviving are his three children Haley, Noah and Grace Smialek; his parents Tony and Valerie Smialek of Holiday City West, Berkeley Twp.; 2 brothers and a sister in law, Todd and Michelle Smialek of Frenchtown, NJ and Brian Smialek of Toms River; a nephew Anthony Smialek. The family will receive friends Sunday July 25, 2010 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River, NJ. Committal will be private.
