Charles D. Duvall, 73, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2013, at River Chase Rehabilitation and Care Center in Morrilton. He was a deacon of Atkins First Assembly of God and a longtime employee of Atkins Pickle Company. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Thomas Lamar Duvall, J.A. Duvall, and Albert “Doc” Duvall. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Shirley Diane Swopes Duvall of Atkins; brother, Forrest Duvall of Pottsville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 9, at Atkins First Assembly of God with Rev. Bryan Ryals officiating. Burial is in St. Joe Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM Monday. Pallbearers are Jimmy Duvall, Eddie Martin, Charles Smith, Jessie Eaton, Dylan Duvall and Gary Phillips. Honorary pallbearer is Richard Stark.
